It’s been very hot recently. My best fragrance is Tom Ford ‘Soleil Neige’, but. It’s for autumn and winter. So I can’t use it for summer, and I must explore a new fragrance.
I went to Officine Universelle Buly. Buly was born in Paris in 1803. It has many locations all over the world including Japan. I visited the Japan’s first location that is in Daikanyama.
When I saw the store at first, I wondered whether the store existed there. Because there was in a quiet residential area and the store exterior looked like a mediocre building. And also I couldn’t find an entrance. In fact, the store was in basement. I felt that I couldn’t enter there easily.
I entered the inside of the store, and I was surprised at a wonderful view. It was very antique and it makes me feel like Europe. Many kinds of the products are stored in this huge shelf. In fact, ‘Buly’ is a comprehensive pharmacy, not just a fragrance shop. They sell not only fragrance but also body oil, hand cream, hair comb, mouthwash, toothpaste, or a lot of more.
I looked to the left and there were samples of perfume. We can smell them pushing a pump. Every perfume is more natural than other brands. Because normal perfume is alcohol-based, but Buly’s perfume is water-based. The clerk introduced all products to me. She was so kind and her hospitality was excellent. At last, she perfumed my favorite scent to me and gave me blotter cards. I want to buy it, but after visiting other brands, I decide whether to buy it or not.
By the way, I enjoyed coffee and bread in THE CITY BAKERY. This bread is the most popular in the store. I really love it. It was a wonderful day♡
