I went to PETER RABBIT garden cafe these days. Peter rabbit garden cafe is in Jiyugaoka and produces the word of Peter Rabbit. It’s cafe has two locations in Japan and the other is in Yokohama. It took an hour from my home. I went there transiting twice. But it’s close from the station to the cafe.
Wow, cute! There’s Peter eating a carrot in front of the entrance. He is like reality. Normally we must reserve to enter the cafe before, but I could luckily enter without a reservation.
I ordered a cup of cafe latte and a scorn with clotted cream. There’s a picture which is Peter’s mother, flopsy, mopsy and cottontail. I could choise a picture in about 30 types. I was excited by this latte art. And there’s Peter on the scorn. The taste was so good. So I had eaten quickly! This total was 1760yen. It’s expensive. But in light of the price of clotted cream, I think it’s reasonable. Because clotted creams is imported.
the ornaments and wallpapers in the store were brilliant. Because of Christmas season, there’s a Christmas tree between two big soft toys.
I was happy and rememberd my having been to UK. Actually, When I stayed in UK, I had not been enjoyable and unpleasant. But now I really love UK and thank an experience for having stayed. If I have a chance to go to UK, I really want to visit again!
PETER RABBIT garden cafe is excellent for me. If you love Peter Rabbit, I definitely recommend it.
英語で日記を書くって難しい😭😭😭
特に可算名詞、不可算名詞が引っかかって、何度も文法書や語句を調べたりしました。あと完了系も; ; うん、絶対文法ミスだらけだ（いつものことです）
英文を読む際、あまり深く考えずに読むことが多かったから、自分で英作文をするとなると、かなり苦労しました。
でもいつもインプットばかりの勉強だったので、こうやってアウトプットすることで自分の詰め込んだ知識が生かされて、更に脳に定着するのかなって思いました！一歩前進できた気分です☺️
そして今回ブログを書くにあたって学んだ英単語が２つあります。
それは『世界観』と『ぬいぐるみ』🧸🪄🪞🛖
（なんかちょっとメルヘン笑）
まず、『世界観』
映画やドラマの、という意味での世界観は
world building
と言うみたいです。
例えば「私はハリーポッターの世界観が好きです」だったら、
I like the world building of Harry Potter.
と表します！
そして次に『ぬいぐるみ』
意外とぬいぐるみの英訳を知りませんでした。笑
fluffy creation（もふもふした創造物）？とか色々想像してみましたが、全然違いました。
いや、余裕でもふもふしてないぬいぐるみの方が圧倒的に多いから、fluffy creationなわけないですね😅笑
英訳するとアメリカ英語とイギリス英語で、言い方が違うみたいで、
アメリカ英語：stuffed animal
イギリス英語：soft toy
と言うみたいです。
アメリカ英語でぬいぐるみという場合、
stuffedの後ろに、その動物の名前を言うこともあるみたいです。
猫のぬいぐるみ🐱だったらstuffed cat
犬のぬいぐるみ🐶だったらstuffed dog
イギリス英語のsoft toyがシンプルで覚えやすいので、多分stuffed animalは数日で忘れるだろうと確信しました🫢ごめんなさい。
