I really love this video,and watched it many times. This is a championship which five professional cookie bakers compete to get an ten thousands dollars prize. They cook two different cookies and decorate with icing cream,also they have to create unique and special cookies in ninety minutes. My favorite baker is Nicole Silva. She is a bakery owner before working an elementary school as a teacher,and has two daughters. Her work is the very unique! She is positive and funny,so I think that her character reflects the work. She turned sideways a cookie cutter of ginger bread man and change unicorn! Having mixed two colors icing cream,she drew the unicorn ‘s pattern. Her idea is brilliant. The other challengers has professional skills and unique ideas as well as her. If you are free,I want to watch it! I definitely believe that this video is a great present for you!
Actually my hobby is baking cookies. Strictly speaking,I cooked many kinds of sweets. I started to challenge cooking sweets when I was ten years old. Especially I’m good at baking cookies. But I can’t bake cookies now because my living house has not a convection microwave oven. So I decided to search cookies like homemade.
1.Seijo Ishii - American cookie chocolate chip
I really love this,it’s a little expensive but this is as large as my hand. When I ate this at first,I felt as if this was made by me. It’s like homemade.
2.Aunt Stella
Maybe you might have heard this name because you can see the store in your city. This shop has many locations throughout Japan. There are many kinds of flavor and you can buy by weight. My favorite flavor are almond chocolate chip,sesame and butter scotch.
3.Salty
This is the cheapest of the three. It’s 147 yen. You can buy this in supermarket. Although the appearance is simple,the taste is deep. The used butter is very mild.
Actually,being affected by the cookie baker’s championship,I want to draw picture on cookie as well. I bought Salty and icing cream,and tried to draw iPhone emoji on Salty.
It’s harder than I expected. I thought that professional cookie bakers had brilliant skills. I want to try again!
